Conductor : RBICAB conductors are drawn from electrolytic-grade Copper or Aluminium to ensure compliance with global standards. Annealed conductors are bunched together using custom-built heavy-duty bunching machines to provide a uniform and compact shape to the conductor.
Insulation : RBICAB solid and bunched conductors are insulated on ultra-modern extrusion machines with high-quality PVC compound. This ensures extra flexibility, making them ideally suited for conduit and concealed wiring. For multicore cables, the insulated cores are laid up to form a concentric shape. Inner cores are coded for identification as per national/international coding systems or as per customer specifications.

Flexible Cables Technical Data : RBICAB PVC insulated flexible single-core cables are manufactured with bright annealed bare copper conductors for flexible use, insulated with dielectric-grade PVC compound. They are resistant to oil, water, petrol, acids, and greases, and are designed for working voltages up to and including 1100 Volts.
